Bella Monte Restaurant & Enoteca is a high-end Italian restaurant and wine market located in Virginia Beach. The restaurant serves contemporary Italian food, such as handmade pasta dishes, fresh seafood, prime meats, and chicken dishes. Some of the highlights on the menu include the Spaghetti alla Carbonara, Grilled Branzino Filet, and Chicken Piccata. The wine list is also extensive and features over 200 bottles from around the world.
Bella Monte serves dishes made with fresh local ingredients and imported Italian specialties. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and great service. Some of the dishes you can order include: lasagna, chicken marsala, shrimp scampi, and tiramisu.

The small, intimate location has a cozy dining room and outdoor seating with a full-service bar. The menu has something for everyone, ranging from Grilled Spanish Octopus and NY Strip Steak and Frites to Grilled Tuna ‘Bulgolgi’ and Meatballs with Fresh Mozzarella
The restaurant has a bar that is open seven nights a week and offers craft beers and handcrafted cocktails.
Our only complaint here would be the prices–everything is delicious, though!

Aldo’s Ristorante is a family-owned and operated Italian restaurant that has been serving the Virginia Beach community since 1988. The restaurant is located inside La Promenade Distinctive Shops shopping mall off of Laskin Road, next to Kroger Plaza and Whole Foods Market. Aldo’s offers a wide variety of Italian favorites including pasta, pizza, and seafood dishes.
This spot might not have gorgeous views like the nearby beach locations, but it’s still one of the best restaurants in Virginia beach. (They have a great wine list too.)
